Another Milton Sánchez & Jorge Rojas knock-out coffee! This lovely honey-process red bourbon is a fruit bomb, with huge cherry, peach, and beautiful florals to boot. This coffee has a little more process-flavor, but we love it.
This delicious coffee is the 2nd lot of La Cumbre Red Bourbon we've been lucky enough to secure. Milton and Jorge have been producing gems time and again, and we're thrilled to see what they come up with next.
These cherries were fermented first whole for 24 hours and then again for 40 hours after pulping, followed by 200 hours of mechanical drying.
Milton has been farming for 12 years, starting in Risaralda, now in Planadas. His farm is planted with gesha and red bourbon varieties.
